Collective Management is understood as - in accordance with the definition of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) - the exercise of copyright and related rights through organizations (Collective Management Organizations) that act on behalf of rightsholders, in defense of their interest.

These organizations have been created as a meeting point between authors and rights holders and users to facilitate the collection of copyright and related rights.

New Collective Management Organizations that may be created in the future will be included on this map, to the extent possible.
